Beautiful direct oceanfront 1 bedroom with an open floor plan. Upon entering the unit you will see the private bathroom. Walk into the bedroom with 2 queen beds, lots of storage and a large TV. Continue on into the open kitchen and living room with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. Another queen bed sleeper in living room along with a TV and eating area. Sip your morning coffee on the private balcony and watch the sun rise every morning. Or relax on the balcony after a long day at the beach. Resort is conveniently located to grocery store, shopping, dining, attractions and lots of sight seeing.

The majority of adult guests must be 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed you will receive further instructions. NO smoking NO pets If you have children please make sure they are protected from nightly accidents and have some sort of diaper protection No coolers allowed at the pool Please rinse off all beach items at the pool before bringing back up into the room Take trash to garbage cans near the parking garage and do not leave out in the hallway Please do not hang towels out on the outside railing. Hang wet items in the shower, not on other towels or on the bed as the colors may bleed Please be aware this room privately owned and is not just a hotel room. It is used for our vacation as well and we'd appreciate you taking care of it. It is located in the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center. As a host, we are at their mercy on how the run the front desk, the staff and other things out of our control. There may be rules that the resort enforces, such as if there is a storm that includes lightning, the resort will close the use of the pools. . . All dishes must be cleaned prior to departure. Any other kitchen item used needs to be cleaned. Empty all leftovers from refrigerator/freezer And last, regardless of anything else, ENJOY yourself!

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area. The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!
