OCEAN VEIW CONDO ON 10TH FLOOR! Super cute Daytona Beach studio condo w/2 queen beds, & a full kitchenette including refrigerator, sink, cooktop, & microwave. Resort is direct oceanfront w/beach access located across from a large shopping plaza which has grocery store, Walgreens, lots of restaurants, retail shops and an ice cream parlor! We have everything including sun just bring your sunscreen & toothbrush. **Update** OUR POOLS ARE CLOSED! WE DO HAVE BEACH ACCESS AND PLENTY OF SUNSHINE

Good to know
Cozy studio unit with open floor plan, private bathroom, kitchen area with dining table and 2 chairs, 2 queen beds, and a small Juliette balcony with ocean views & beautiful sunsets. Listen to and watch the ocean waves or watch the sunset in the evening sipping your favorite beverage. The resort is located directly across from the Bellair Shopping plaza which boasts such stores as Walgreens, Publix grocery store, Dollar Tree, retail shopping and restaurants including an ice cream parlor!
Other Details to Note
We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area. The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

The resort is right across the street from Bellair Shopping Plaza which contains a Walgreen's, Publix grocery store, Dollar Tree, retail shops, and several restaurants including an ice cream parlor! We are 2 miles north of The Daytona Bandshell, Daytona Lagoon, and the Boardwalk We are 20 minutes from The Daytona International Speedway, and airport. We are and hour from the Orlando/Sanford Airport (Allegiant airlines only) We are and hour and half for the Orlando International Airport. Within an hour and half drive you can be at Disney, Saint Augustine, Coco Beach and Cape Canaveral Ponce Inlet is just 20 minutes south and boast a beautiful lighthouse, and many waterfront dining options, fishing excursions, marine biology center and much more
Guest Access
Currently the amenities at this resort are closed. Guests have beach access from the north side ramp. We also have our own private parking lot next to the resort, as our parking garage is closed for repairs.
