Centrally located 1 bedroom 1 bath beachfront condo w/full kitchen! Walk to the Bandshell, Daytona Lagoon, the Boardwalk, the Daytona Pier & Amusement center. King bed in bedroom w/large smart TV, queen bed in living room along w/couch, loveseat, large smart TV, fireplace cabinet, private balcony. Full kitchen including stove. Private balcony to sit & enjoy beautiful sunrises. Resort has pool, kiddie pool, coin laundry & restaurant in front of the complex. Unit is directly across from elevator.

Donna is very friendly, responsible, and attentive. The airbnb property has a wonderful view towards the beach. The images provided reflect the airbnb property cleanness. Its a private area and has its own parking included. There are multiple restaurants and shops around the area and much more. I wouod reccomend this airbnb.

We had an amazing stay! The sunrise views were absolutely beautiful and waking up each morning and seeing the sky light up over the water was easily our favorite part. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was also pretty good, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and plenty to do, which made everything super convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Donna's unit was very convenient and clean, had all the amenities. We only stayed for 1 night. There's only 1 parking pass, so if you're bringing an additional vehicle, you will have to park elsewhere and parking ranges from $15-30/day in Daytona Beach and they have a HUGE signs that says WE TOW, so don't risk it. The security guard approached us pointing his flashlight at our faces as soon as we drove in with 2 vehicles (just to drop off our bags), which we found a little rude. Not a friendly guy. The one thing I felt uncomfortable with is that there's a security camera INSIDE the unit, even though it's pointing to the front door (I guess to monitor who checks in/out) most likely it also has audio recording, so everything spoken inside the unit is being recorded, I don't believe that's permitted by Airbnb, there shouldn't be any video or audio recording device inside the unit, felt intrusive. My son accidentally took 2 pillows (thinking they we ours, same color) and got charge $20 ea.

Wow literally the best place we have stayed in Daytona. We are from Ocala so not far from Daytona but we have friends over here and like to visit the beach and get away often. Every single time we come I’m always looking for a decent place to stay that’s close to stuff so we can just walk and not have to drive too much,this place was all that and more! The beach in front local traffic can’t drive on as well so that was nice. Balcony is a corner balcony so you get to see the ocean and the city side. Watch the sunset at night and sunrise in the mornings. Beds were comfy,full kitchen. Bathroom was so nice as well. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on!! The slingshot and boardwalk are literally steps away as well,when I say this was the full package that’s what I mean!!

You can walk to most anywhere from this location, but a car would make it even beter to be able to check out The Daytona Speedway, or head south a few miles to Ponce Inlet and enjoy some water activities like fishing charters, or the Marine Bioligy Center. Check out the Ponce De'Leon lighthouse or head north an hour and tour St. Augustine!
