The bedroom features two queen-sized beds, smart TV, lots of storage space. Kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator w/ an ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster & a two-burner stove. Fully equipped to cook all of your meals. Complex is directly across from a large shopping plaza with a grocery store, Walgreens, dining options and several retail shops.

Good to know
Plenty of room in this updated 1 bedroom. Large bathroom with tub/shower combination, large vanity and lots of storage. Bedroom has 2 very comfy queen beds, all linens supplied, extra blanket and pillows for a futon in living room if you would want to move a child there. Kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, dishware to cook all of your meals if desired. Our parking garage is closed but we do have parking in the lot next to the resort and overflow parking across the street behind shopping plaza
Other Details to Note
We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area. The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!
