Oceanview 1 bdrm in an oceanfront resort w/beach access, private parking. Resort located across from shopping plaza w/a large grocery store, Walgreens, retail shops, dining options including an ice cream parlor. Condo is updated w/2 queen beds & private balcony off bedroom, full daybed in living w/private balcony, full kitchen w/2 burner stove & all the necessities needed to cook a meal, full bathroom w/shower and dual sinks. Main St is 2 miles south of our location. 8 miles from race track

Good to know
Very spacious 1 bedroom unit with that cozy beach vibe~ Beautiful vinyl plank flooring throughout this updated condo. Gorgeous views from the private bedroom balcony. Or enjoy your morning coffee listening and watching the surf from the larger balcony off of the living area (which we provide a few coffee pods to get you started, along with creamer). Cook your meals in our fully furnished and equipped kitchen or go to any of our local hotspots for delicious cuisine! Our large bathroom has a private entrance off of the bedroom with a double bowl vanity and large corner shower. Watch your favorite show on either of the 2 TVs located in the bedroom and living area.
Other Details to Note
We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area. The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Located 2 miles north of Main Street and The Daytona Bandshell and Lagoon. 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona International Speedway, International Airport. Ponce Inlet is a quick drive south down A1A and has an historic lighthouse to tour, lots of great waterfront dining options, water sports including fishing charters, Catamaran charter, dolphin watching tours. Orlando International Airport is and hour and half away, Disney 2 hours. Head north up A1A for a beautiful drive to see historic Saint Augustine (about an hour's drive)
Guest Access
Currently the amenities at this resort are closed. Guests have beach access from the north side ramp. We also have our own private parking lot next to the resort, as our parking garage is closed for repairs.
