Hang wet items in the shower, not on other towels or on the bed as the colors may bleed Please be aware this room privately owned and is not just a hotel room. It is used for our vacation as well and we'd appreciate you taking care of it. It is located in the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center. As a host, we are at their mercy on how the run the front desk, the staff and other things out of our control. There may be rules that the resort enforces, such as if there is a storm that includes lightning, the resort will close the use of the pools. . . All dishes must be cleaned prior to departure. Any other kitchen item used needs to be cleaned. Empty all leftovers from refrigerator/freezer And last, regardless of anything else, ENJOY yourself!

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area. The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!
