Seawinds Condominium offers oceanfront pool deck, club room w/a kitchen, private beach access to the "NO DRIVE" beach, one assigned parking space in the underground garage. There is availability for up to one additional vehicle in the unassigned lot but availability there is not guaranteed. The oceanfront pool is heated seasonally in the Winter. Condo is directly across the street from a large shopping plaza which includes a Publix, Beall's outlet, Dollar Tree, a Chinese restaurant, Sunrise Grill and Pizza, and a 7-11 and Dunkin Donuts. Within walking distance of the condo are restaurants like Sunny Side Up, Absolutely CheeZee, The Dog Hut, Hanky Panky's Lounge, Beach Side Brew Pub, Stavro's Pizza, Alfie's Take Out, Salty Farms Seafood Market, Beach-side Cafe and Donuts, a number of lounges, Subway, a post office and many more local restaurants. Ormond Beach is a quiet, quaint, beach town with mostly full time and seasonal residents. Only 15-20 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of the Daytona area. The unit is direct ocean facing with a private balcony with a dining table to enjoy outdoor dining.

Condo is located close to a shopping plaza with a large grocery store, retail shopping, and delicious restaurantsr! We are 4 miles north of The Daytona Bandshell, Lagoon, Amusement center and Convention Center, 10 miles from the Daytona International Airport and Speedway, an hour from Sanford/Orlando Airport and 1.45 hours from Orlando International Airport. You can get to Disney in about 2 hours, St. Augustine is an hour to our north, and Cape Canaveral is an hour to our south

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 day getaway in Donna's condo in Ormond Beach! The location was perfect - our balcony and bedroom looked directly out over the ocean and we could hear the waves with the windows open...exactly what we were looking for! It was extremely quiet and peaceful in the condo community and on the beach. Lots of great shopping & restaurants nearby, even within walking distance. We took a day trip up to St Augustine (a beautiful 1 hour drive up the coastline) and enjoyed taking in the sights and dining options there as well. The condo itself was meticulously clean, very cozy with comfortable beds and furniture, lots of extras like nice toiletries, extra pillows & blankets and beach supplies (chairs, towels etc), and a well-stocked kitchen & pantry essentials. The laundry facilities in the unit made it easy to launder wet swim clothes & towels. Heated community pool was a big plus. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We will definitely stay here again!

My wife, 3 young children, and I stayed here over Christmas holidays. Donna was a very responsive host. The condo was in a great, safe location and had an incredible, unobstructed views of the ocean. We enjoyed the assortment of coffee and beach loungers, noodles, etc. We met a few folks in and around the building who were all very friendly as well, most of whom appeared to be retired snowbirds. It’s a great place to stay if you’d like to avoid the chaos of Daytona Beach while still being nearby to it all.
