Wonderful location! Very comfortable and plenty to do in the area. Could walk to the beach and two pools were close by. Several great restaurants. We were there over Christmas week and it was still quiet at that part of the beach.

Wow literally the best place we have stayed in Daytona. We are from Ocala so not far from Daytona but we have friends over here and like to visit the beach and get away often. Every single time we come I’m always looking for a decent place to stay that’s close to stuff so we can just walk and not have to drive too much,this place was all that and more! The beach in front local traffic can’t drive on as well so that was nice. Balcony is a corner balcony so you get to see the ocean and the city side. Watch the sunset at night and sunrise in the mornings. Beds were comfy,full kitchen. Bathroom was so nice as well. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on!! The slingshot and boardwalk are literally steps away as well,when I say this was the full package that’s what I mean!!

First of all I just want to say that this place is just beautiful. Painted nice tile work beautiful in bathroom. Everything was just beautiful an clean from the balcony to the front door. we had a wonderful time an trust me if you book this place you want be disappointed..

We had a great time at Donna’s place. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was amazing and you are literally in front of the ocean. It was great to watch the sun rise. We will definitely stay here again.

Donna was very responsive and accommodating with our recent stay at New Smyrna beach. Her unit was as described. She had welcoming snacks for us. Location was perfect for us. It was very short get away for my husband and I. We highly recommend this unit and hope to come back soon. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend in Daytona Beach! The house was absolutely beautiful—everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short drive or walk away. We especially loved waking up to the most beautiful sunrises—they truly made our mornings unforgettable. Communication with the host was smooth and easy from start to finish. We didn’t run into a single issue during our stay, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a peaceful, convenient, and scenic getaway!

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Donna was easy to work with and very responsive. The instructions she provided were easy to follow and her descriptions were spot on. I would definitely book with her again.

The unit was very clean and lots of windows overlooking the ocean. Balcony was enjoyable. Furniture was updated and comfortable. There was a selection of different coffee pods available. And quite a few spices, salt pepper, etc. Would definitely do again. Thank you Donna for all your help. Don and LeAnn

We absolutely loved the condo and the location. Beach was steps away! Building was locked and felt very secure. Condon was gorgeous and we sat on the huge deck and watched the waves. This will definitely be our go to place. Thank you!

Donna was a great host, very responsive and attentive. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures. The pool was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.
